Here is a simple 30 day goal tracker you can use to reach 30 full days of hitting your goal. That doesn’t mean 30 consecutive days, it doesn’t mean 30 perfect days in a row. It just means 30 total days. Every time you complete this goal in a given day, check off 1 day on the tracker. When you get to 30 total days, have a reward planned for yourself.
